We have been notified that there should be no traffic restrictions on your journeys to us during the Olympic period. We do obviously suggest though, that you allow a little extra time to get here.

All the spectator traffic to the Olympics is going directly to Windsor racecourse, where spectators will walk from using a temporary bridge directly into the rowing lake. Therefore the traffic should not affect us in anyway!

 

On Tuesday 8th May Mr Bob Weatherley came to conduct the annual BHS inspection of our riding school, bringing along the new chairman of The British Horse Society, Lynn Petersen. Lyn was very enthusiastic as she walked around, and seemed to love the yard.

The inspection results were an outstanding achievement, reflecting the hard work and dedication of our team.

We received 'Highly Commended' (the highest rating) in all of the following categories in which we were judged: Customer Care, Working Procedures, Teaching/Instructing/Coaching, Riding Out, Instructional Facilities, Arenas Indoor and Outdoor, Show Jumps, Stabling and Turnout, Tack Room and Feed Room.

The only category in which this was not applicable was Cross Country Course, since we do not have one!

 

Our very successful children's parties can be held on Saturdays. They offer a stress free solution for parents and are great fun for the kids!
